Learn how to add Plans to Calendars

Providing Training Plans for Individuals and Groups is a great way to map out your process and keep everyone on the same page. Much as with Activities, you can create a Plan from scratch or you can apply a pre-built Plan Template from your Library.

To create a new Plan from Scratch:

  1. Navigate to the Individual or Group Calendar.

  2. Click the "+ Add Plan" in the Timeline.

  3. Select "From Scratch"

  4. Give the new Plan a name

  5. Select whether you want to specify Volume by Distance or Duration

  6. Select the date on which to start the Plan

  7. Optionally give the Plan a Description

  8. Click "Create & Add First Cycle"

  9. Create the first Cycle, along with any other Cycles needed. 

To apply an existing Plan Template to a Calendar:

  1. Navigate to the Individual or Group Calendar.

  2. Click the "+ Add Plan" in the Timeline.

  3. Select "From an existing Plan Template"

  4. Search for the Plan Template by name

  5. Select "Preview"

  6. Provide an Application Date by choosing "Starts On" or "Ends On" and selecting a date, and optionally override any of the plan settings available

  7. Click Apply Plan
