Applying Activities to Individual or Group Calendars can be done in three ways:

Custom Activities
​If you need something that you have not already created as an Activity Template, you can apply a Custom Activity.

Activity Templates
​You can also apply an Activity Template, if one already exists for the Activity you would like to apply. 

Plan Templates
​To apply Activities in bulk you can apply a Plan Template.
