Providing Plans for Individuals and Groups is a great way to map out your process and keep everyone on the same page. Much as with Activities, you can create a Plan from scratch or you can apply a pre-built Plan Template from your Library.

To create a new Plan from Scratch:

  1. Navigate to the Individual or Group Calendar.
  2. Click the "+" in the Timeline.
  3. Type in the name of the first Cycle of the Plan and click "New."
  4. Optionally write a brief Description of the Cycle.
  5. Select how the Plan will specify and track Volume: Duration or Distance
  6. Create as many weeks as needed for the Cycle, and optionally assign a Planned Volume for each week.
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Continue creating Cycles as needed.

To apply an existing Plan Template to a Calendar:

  1. Navigate to the Individual or Group Calendar.
  2. Click the "+" on the Timeline.
  3. Search for the Plan Template by name.
  4. Click Preview, specify a starting date (a Monday) and then click Apply.
