The Sixcycle coach dashboard shows a Rhythm metric for each athlete. 

The volume bar shows the percentage of recently applied training volume that the athlete has executed. The arrow on the right shows the athlete's current trend, be it increasing, maintaining or decreasing.

In the example image above, the athlete has executed approximately 75% of her recent training volume but is on a downwards trend in the near term.

For those familiar with the Stress & Form chart shown on on the athlete Calendar and Charting pages, you will be interested to learn that the volume bar is correlated to the 6wSB/Fitness metric, whereas the trend arrow is correlated to the 1xSB/Fatigue metric. This means that the Rhythm metric shows both the relationship between the athlete's medium and near term training rhythm, along with their overall Fitness and Fatigue levels.
