Sending a new post in an individual or group is easy. At the top of your Feed you will see a button reading "Write a New Message."

Simply click this button and select to whom you would like to write the new message. From there the composer will open, where you can write your new message. 

Try mentioning people to notify them about your post, and optionally give it a title, and/or attach images or other files.
