The Sixcycle web and mobile apps store data locally to speed up application launch. The data stored relates to your:

  • Profile

  • Feed

  • Calendar

  • Groups

  • Trainees (if you are a coach)

  • Dashboard (if you are a coach)

Once the apps are active, they will automatically download any updates to this data that may be available.

Here are some tips for making the most of this caching:

  1. If you're using Sixcycle on the web, use the same browser every time, and don't use private/incognito windows. Note that clearing your browser cache will also clear your Sixcycle cache.

  2. Don't log out between sessions when using the Sixcycle web or mobile apps.

Generally this process will run without issue, but if any problems occur you can clear your cache using the methods below.

Mobile:

  1. Navigate to your Profile by opening the menu and tapping "View/Edit Profile"

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Clear App Cache"

  3. Select the type of Cache you would like to clear

Web:

  1. Navigate to your Profile by clicking "View/Edit Profile" on the top right of the screen, then select "Basic Info"

  2. On the right of the Profile view, click Clear Cache
