You may reset your password using either the Sixcycle web app or mobile app.
If you are not logged in
- Go to the Sixcycle login screen for either the web app or mobile app
- Click "Can't log in"
- Enter the email address associated with your Sixcycle account
- Click "Reset Password"
You will receive an email containing a link to a web form where you can create a new password. Once complete, you can head back to the login screen and log in with your email address and new password.
If you are logged in on the web
- Open your Profile
- Click the "Reset Password" button on the left of the screen
- On the confirmation message shown, click "Send"
You will receive an email containing a link to a web form where you can create a new password. Once complete, we recommend logging out and then back in with your email address and new password.
If you are logged into the iOS/Android app
- Open your Profile
- Tap into the Password field
- Type a new password
- Click Save
