A high level description of the Rhythm Metric

Quantifying training rhythm at a high level provides valuable guidance and insight for trainees and coaches alike. 

The volume bar shows the percentage of recently applied training volume that has been marked as Complete. The arrow on the right shows the current trend, be it improving, maintaining or declining.

In the example image above, the athlete has completed 40% of her recent training volume and that completion percentage is improving.
