You may reset your password using either the Sixcycle web app or mobile app.

If you are not logged in

  1. Go to the Sixcycle login screen for either the web app or mobile app
  2. Click "Can't log in"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Sixcycle account
  4. Click "Reset Password"

You will receive an email containing a link to a web form where you can create a new password. Once complete, you can head back to the login screen and log in with your email address and new password.

If you are logged in on the web

  1. Open your Profile
  2. Click the "Reset Password" button on the left of the screen
  3. On the confirmation message shown, click "Send"

You will receive an email containing a link to a web form where you can create a new password. Once complete, we recommend logging out and then back in with your email address and new password.

If you are logged into the iOS/Android app

  1. Open your Profile
  2. Tap into the Password field
  3. Type a new password
  4. Click Save
