While there are a number of ways that you can have training data sync'ed to your Sixcycle calendar automatically (integrations with Strava, Garmin Connect and Fitbit are available), sometimes you need to upload FIT or TCX files manually. Here's how:
1. Navigate to your calendar (or whichever calendar to which you need to upload the workout data).
2. Click the upload button on the top right of the Timeline.
3. Either click the "click here" link to navigate to your files, or drag-and-drop them onto the drop zone.
4. Wait for your files to upload, and when complete click the close button on the top right corner of the window to close it.
Training data can also be sync'ed to your calendar automatically by setting up a connection to Strava, Garmin Connect or Fitbit.
