Applying Activities to Individual or Group Calendars can be done in three ways:
Custom Activities
If you need something that you have not already created as an Activity Template, you can apply a Custom Activity.
Activity Templates
You can also apply an Activity Template, if one already exists for the Activity you would like to apply.
Plan Templates
To apply Activities in bulk you can apply a Plan Template.
