While there are a number of ways that you can have training data sync'ed to your Sixcycle calendar automatically (see below), sometimes you need to upload FIT or TCX files manually. Here's how:
1. Navigate to your calendar.
2. Click the upload button on the top right of the Timeline.
3. Either click in the popup window to navigate to your files, or drag-and-drop them onto the popup window.
4. Wait for your files to upload, and when complete click anywhere outside of the uploader popup to close it.
Training data can be sync'ed to your calendar automatically by setting up a connection to Strava or Garmin Connect (pending).
